Age Verification: cljili strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
To access the full features of the cljili Platform, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the cljili Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cljili reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
cljili is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide, upon request, a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably required to complete the KYC process.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by cljili may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. cljili will never request your password through any channel. You agree to notify cljili immediately at the contact details provided in Section 16 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
cljili strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This adds an additional layer of security and helps protect your funds in the event your login credentials are compromised.
All deposits to your cljili Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
cljili does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

The cljili Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied to transactions. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own financial institutions in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
cljili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.
cljili employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and exploiting errors or loopholes in promotional mechanics. cljili reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Players who participate in the cljili Loyalty Program accumulate points based on their wagering activity. Loyalty points and tier benefits are governed by the Loyalty Program terms, which are published separately on the Platform. cljili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only. cljili does not guarantee that any bonus will result in a financial gain. Always review the full terms of any promotion before opting in.
All games available on the cljili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of cljili.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cljili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
cljili does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cljili will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
In no event shall cljili's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. cljili does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
cljili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at cljili.com/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
cljili complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required to operate the Platform lawfully.
cljili reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or any other circumstance that cljili reasonably determines warrants such action.
Upon termination for cause, cljili may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting cljili support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after the completion of any pending KYC or withdrawal verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
cljili operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels after first exhausting cljili's internal dispute resolution process as described in Section 16.
cljili reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cljili will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
